IPGS has launched a new website, www.ipgs.org.uk, which marks the start of a real drive to raise the profile and impact of the institute.  With a new focus on skills development and CPD, a more robust policy role and a commitment to meet the needs of its members, IPGS looks forward to the New Year with renewed enthusiasm.  The plans for 2010 include:

• The first training workshop, about marketing your park and promoting events, takes place in Reading on 26 January (more information here).
• A series of accredited leadership and management training courses are planned to run from spring onwards
• The production of a number of policy documents, which members are invited to contribute to
• The activation of greenSKILL accounts for all members early in the year (more information about greenSKILL on the website)
